Somewhere out there, there are some men who like to groom themselves with more then just a razor. Here is an alpha example. He likes those keep those body lines in crisp tension with suspension. It's an easy yes for us (outfit wise) with those crisp whites, burgundy trousers and the stripy suspenders (we like a little subtle playful addition). Just for luck and a little bit of fashion choices, he's done a white polo neck T-shirt and a Chinese collar white shirt. Yes suspender man, it works with your very dapper body.
No magic tricks here (neither with words nor the abracadabra kind).
Today is quite simply about this season's uber popular Illusion skirt by Ann Taylor. This mesh overlay with a shorter cropped underskirt creates a leggy look (made both for legs that go on for miles and for those that don't) while hugging those curves lovingly in all it's pencil shaped glory. We also l-o-v-e it's basic black look, makes it so easy to throw in any number of combinations with it.
Ann Taylor's conjured up a voguing piece with this one!
We've the hots for flares.
It's got that airy summery feel that is so perfect for those hot hot days. We might be slightly biased to these loose lovlies because of our tropical roots, but they are the perfect antidote for those sweltering days when sweat runs down every crevice. On the bright side (summer pun!) they come in beautifully tailored fits which don't make you look like a sack of potatoes.
Have a flaretastic summer ladies!
We all have our 'i hate my..' days, of late we've been alternating our hate between our flat posterior and over zealous hair. If you haven't obsessed , ever, congratulations, self esteem is some thing you don't need boosting (or you're just a pretty faced liar). Point is, all our problem areas can be cleverly done up, as is the case here. This lovely curvy lady has our style senses tingling with vertical stripes and a sprinkling of flowers just enough of both, geometric and feminine (thanks channel, you're bloody brilliant).
We're ticking back!
to the 80's whooping neons
to the buckle-grungy booties
to the mixing of prints and weaves.
(sans the permed hair - ugh!)
We love to play with the trendy past but not without shaking it up (or down, depending on the era's fashion choices).

Come July and we are dressing down to please the sun gods (at least all over the northern hemisphere).
In our mind one outfit that does true justice to a picture perfect summer day is the sundress. Here we are keeping it simple with a short summer dress in floral print and lace(see the back). And for the feet, we are going with one of our top favorites right now - the versatile ankle boot (that's right no strappy summer sandals here).
So go bare some legs in this cute little number!
